Roll forming or roll forming is generally called the sheet forming process, this process is that we put the roll forming sheet on the coil holder and then the roll forming sheet is pulled into the roll forming machine through the feeder on the machine. Manual Decoiler:

This type of decoiler does not have any motor and hydraulic system and is generally used for lighter sheet rolls. The forming system itself has the ability to pull the sheet roll after taking the forming sheet and opening and closing the manual decoiler jaw is manually

Motor Decoiler

This type of coil is mostly used for heavier sheet rolls and the rotation and rotation of the roller is done by the motor, which is called electric coil, which can have a system of opening and closing the manual and hydraulic jaws.

Two side Decoiler

This type of coil is used for very thick sheets and consists of two coils parallel to each other, and only few company can produce this kind of Decoiler
